War-damaged riverside apartment blocks in the southeast at Medium threat — Compound Echo's military garrison and the South Island comms tower nearby.

Hajin River Heights is a district of residential apartment blocks and store-lined streets in the southeast of the city, rated Medium threat. The area shows heavy war damage, and vertical apartment fights are the local specialty.

Two features define it: Compound Echo — a military base inside a commandeered apartment building — and the Jinseo Park Towers. Across the southern fork of the river, linked by a green bridge, South Island holds a comms tower and is rated Medium.
