14th Political Prison occupies a deforested plateau in northwest Hajin, ringed by a concrete wall with watchtowers at each corner. At its heart sits The Citadel — a Y-shaped fortress of catwalk gantries, repatriation chambers and furnaces, rated Critical, the most dangerous fortress on the official Hajin Tac Map.
The main entrance and checkpoint stand on the southern side, with barracks and housing to the east and a polluted river along the western boundary. This is high-value, high-risk ground: come geared, or come around the edge.
